What Is Country Club?

Introducing 'Country Club' - where Tequila, beer, more Tequila and country music collide. A one day event, that showcases opportunities to savour exceptional craft beers, and revel in 30+ world-class Tequilas an epic BBQ showdown between culinary titans and live music. Country Club is an immersive experience full of western culture, libations and country vibes.

Why Participate?

Each 10’x10’ booth will showcase 1-2 Tequila SKUs. The exhibitors may choose to showcase their SKUs ‘neat/straight’ or within their own crafted cocktails, or both. Attendees will purchase tokens from the event, with each booth accepting 2-tokens for a full-ounce pour (or cocktail).

How Does it Work?

Guests are able to purchase their drinks using the festival token, with 2-tokens warranting a 1oz pour. For each 2-tokens that the exhibitor receives, they will receive 1/26th of the wholesale price (+ 10% for non-BC manufactured products) of the SKU that they are showcasing plus an additional $.50 per 2-tokens to cover the cost of cocktail mix/garnishes. If a booth is pouring more than 1-SKU at their booth, the price remitted (per token collected) will be based off of the least expensive bottle they are pouring. With this token remittance system, the intention is that the exhibiting companies have no (to-little) cost of the product that they are showcasing. The additional 10% above the wholesale price is to cover the cost of the product (for non-BC manufactured product), while the $.50 is to cover the cost of the mix within the cocktail they are serving. Token remittances are capped at $1.75 per token/.5oz pour.

Each 10’x10’ space must be staffed by 2-people, without exception.

*Must register before May 25th to secure a booth at this rate.

Please note: We require a $250 deposit that will be returned after the event, once the exhibitor participates)

STAFFING PACKAGES


Feaster has arranged for the “Country Club Staffing Package” to be available to exhibiting companies.  All staff will be fully trained and certified with valid SIR. 

Bartenders will perform the following duties:

  1. Memorise the selling points the brand wants to be conveyed to the attendees

  2. Pour, mix and tend the booth to offer drinks to the attendees

  3. Help setup and tear down the booth

  4. Arrive with bartending apparatus such as mixers, spouts, shakers, etc.
