Feastival Beverage Exhibitor Info
10,000+ Attendees / Vancouver ‘Sipsters’
What is Feastival?
Feastival welcomes 10,000 Vancouver ‘Sipsters’ to a weekend full of amazing local beverages, food trucks, electrifying horse races and the opportunity to win big at games of chance all within the iconic Hastings Race Course. A weekend where fortune meets flavour, so come take a gamble at your shot to taste victory and local artisanal creations. In addition to an assortment of delicious drinks, attendees will be able to experience thoroughbred racing at its finest, and fortune-seeking fun throughout the weekend.
Why Participate?
Vancouver's vibrant food and beverage scene deserves the spotlight, and this free event at Hastings Racetrack provides the perfect platform. Open to all, it invites enthusiastic crowds to explore a diverse array of local delights. Attendees can savour the opportunity to discover new flavours, explore vendor offerings, and immerse themselves in the richness of the city's culinary landscape.
How It Works?
Each exhibiting company will receive 1/10th of the wholesale price of the SKU that they are showcasing. If a booth is pouring more than 1-SKU at their booth, the price remitted will be of the least expensive bottle. Guests are able to purchase beverages using debit/credit cards. Beverage exhibitors are able to choose the pricing of their offerings. Participation in Feastival offers exposure to a large audience while offering time to connect with patrons at a booth.
What It Costs?
The early-bird pricing listed below is valid until April 15th. Prices will increase after this.
All registered booths must either supply their own tent or rent one (for a nominal fee) from the Feastival tent supplier. Each 10×10 booth includes one table and linen. Exhibitors are responsible for anything else they want to have at their booth. Power is available via the show supplier for an additional fee.
