What is Harvest Haus?

Harvest Haus returns for it’s 9th year as Vancouver’s very own Oktoberfest. We’re rolling out the barrels, combining modern fare with authentic European harvest cuisines and traditions. Join international and local chefs at their best, as they showcase new seasonal flavours along with Oktoberfest classics.

Why Participate?

Harvest Haus is weekend full of authentic European-style dishes and traditions. Attendees are enthusiastic to partake in the global cuisines provided by local artisans offered exclusively at Harvest Haus.

How Does it Work?

Each 10’x10’ booth provides a canvas for your culinary artistry. Guests are able to purchase food using debit/credit cards. Each food exhibitor will be given Moneris terminals to accepts the attendees payments. For each $1 that a food exhibitor receives, $0.25 is retained by Feaster, while the lion’s share, $0.75 is remitted back to the food exhibitor*. Food exhibitors are able to choose the pricing of their food items. Participation in Harvest Haus offers exposure to a large, food-centric audience while offering time to connect with patrons at a booth.

What Does it Cost?

While alcohol booths do cost several hundred dollars, prepared/hot food booths cost $0. If a food exhibitor is for a retail item (i.e. a brand of potato chips, beef jerky, etc.), there will be a small cost for its booth.
