What is punchbowl?

Launched in 2019, Punchbowl continues to prove itself as a useful tool for brands looking to acquire market presence and share during the summer and into the fall. The attendees are purchasers of alcohol and are inquisitive and ‘thirsty’ for knowledge as they visit the many booths looking to learn about their newest favourite products. 

 

Why Participate?

Punchbowl presents an economic option for brands to reach consumers to achieve the holy grail of beverage alcohol marketing - an opportunity to speak 1-1 with the target consumer, and talk them through the product while sampling. This can be done either neat, as a cocktail strategy or by showcasing new innovation. Product cost is reimbursed, Feaster does the work of brining 6000+ drink enthusiasts into one place - with a on site point of purchase to achieve maximum conversion to sales.

How Does it Work?

Each 10’x10’ booth may showcase a maximum of 5-SKUs. The exhibitors may choose to showcase their SKUs ‘straight’ or as part of a cocktail, or both. Attendees purchase tokens for $1 and exhibitors may choose what they would like to charge per sample, knowing they will be remitted $.35c per token collected. Feaster will offer token pricing guidelines to exhibitors.

Punchbowl works on a token system. Each token is sold to the attendees for $1 (plus tax) and exhibitors can choose how much to charge for their own samples. Each vendor receives $.35c per token collected, paid within 3-weeks of the event. 

What Does it Cost?

All exhibitors must have a tent at their booth. If they do not have their own, they can rent one from the event. A 10’x10’ tent rents for $125 and a 10’x20’ tent rents for $175. See booth pricing and details below.

Registration includes 1x 8’ Skirted Table for a 10×10’ and 2x tables for a 10’20’. There are no refunds for booth purchases. Power is available for an additional fee.
